Accelerator Coffee is Barnwell’s only home for coffee fanatics, serving handcrafted beverages and pastries every weekday, 7:30am-2pm. Owner and Johnson & Wales trained Pastry Chef Dawn Snead brings Accelerator to Barnwell with over two decade of experience creating tasty treats and beverages in Charleston, SC and New Orleans, LA. Accelerator is home to some of her original pastry creations, while also featuring incredible regional food talent, including coffee from Moon Bean Roasters in Aiken.

Accelerator is nestled in the front of the Palmetto Innovation Center, a space built to support entrepreneurs, creators, businesses, organizations, and regional industry with digital tools, space, and training efforts. And much like its home, Accelerator is here to provide inspiration and fuel for you to explore and thrive!
